The learned counsels appearing for both sides submitted that the subject matter involves the recovery proceedings against the members of the petitioner Association and the same has to be listed before the learned Single Judge.

2. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to place the matter before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for getting appropriate orders.
