Petitions under Article 227, Constitution of India, filed against the order dated 08-09-2011 passed in IA. No.224 of 2011 in OS.No.103 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif court at Sholighur.(CRP.PD.No.1489 of 2012) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.LAKSHMI NARASIMHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Original Suit involved in this civil revision petition.
2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension of three months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
