This petition is filed to condone the delay of 150 days in representing the above CRP SR.No.32173 of 2016.

2.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the averments in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I am inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to donate a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Cancer Institute [WIA], East Canal Bank road, Adyar, Chennai-20, Ph:04424910754, 24437300, on or before 09.01.2017, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically.

3.Call on 10.01.2017 for reporting compliance.
