ORDER
As against the order passed by the I.G. of Registration confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent under Section 47(A)(5) of the Indian Registration Act, there is appeal provided under Section 47(A)(10) of the Act. Without availing that opportunity, the petitioner cannot file the writ petition.
2. In the above circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 47(A)(10) of the Act.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
