This petition is filed to condone the delay of 104 days in representing the papers in CRP SR.No.48989 of 2016.

2.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the averments in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I am inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to donate a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Udhavum Karangal, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, on or before 15.12.2016, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically. Call on 16.12.2016 for compliance.
