(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order dated 24.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12852 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petition was filed seeking for modification, he would only seeking for extension of time contending that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to pay the amount as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court extended the time by two weeks to comply with the order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
