ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2423 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29183 of 2019 order dated 27.02.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Chidambaram on the 1st working day of October 2020 and thereafter, on all hearing dates as fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
