This application has been filed to permit the plaintiffs to amend the plaint.

2.The proposed sixth respondent /defendant has impleaded as sixth respondent/defendant by this Court by an order dated 03.11.2020.

3.The only objection raised by other side that the impleading application to be filed before the learned Master not before this Court, such objection has been overruled by this Court.

4.This Court is of the view that since this application is only consequence of nature and has to be allowed.

5.Accordingly, the application is allowed.
