PRAYER: Petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose the representation made by her on 06.06.2017, numbered as C.No. C1/5203/IGP-NZ/2017, dated 09.06.2017 and direct the respondent police to conduct adjudication process or investigation expeditiously and during the course of investigation, if any cognizable offence is made out, shall be

Mr.D.Vairamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and by consent of both the counsel, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The prayer sought for in the present petition is a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017 which was numbered as C.No. C1/5203/IGP-NZ/2017, dated 09.06.2017, submitted for the purpose of conducting the adjudication process or to expedite the investigation.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the present petition, without expressing any of my views on the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
