ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No. 4485 of 2020 in Crl. O.P. No.34085/2020 by order dated 22.07.2020, wherein the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram on the 1st working day of every month after lifting of lock down or the commencement of the court's normal functioning whichever is earlier until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram as and when required.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
