This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 291 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent does not have serious objections in allowing the petition.

4. The petitioner would aver that due to financial crisis, the delay of 291 days occurred.

5. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the delay of 291 days is condoned on condition to waive the interest for the delay period.
