The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 01.12.2008 and he sought to set aside the permission receipt cancelled by the respondent.

Though the order was passed long back on 01.12.2008, it is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
