[ Respondents] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1 to 6 respondents to consider and thereby disposing the Representation made by the petitioner on 05.04.2017 respectively and dirct to release the petitioner two wheeler Activa 3G (ID Activa 3GDLX) Red color registration No. TN11T2323 For Petitioner : Mr.K.Yuvaraj For Respondents : Mr.R.Rajeswaran, SGP

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2017 and pass orders and to release the petitioner's Two Wheeler Activa 3G (ID Activa 3GDLX) bearing registration No. TN11T2323

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 05.04.2017, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2017 in accordance with law, within a time frame.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
