ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to issue patta in the name of petitioner and his sister, by considering the petitioner representation dated 12.12.2023. 2.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023 has not been considered by the respondent so far and hence, prayed to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation.

3.Leaned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that no online application was received from the petitioner for issuance of patta and therefore, the respondent is not in a position to grant patta.

If the petitioner filed an online application in this regard, the same will be considered by the respondent.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, it appears that though the petitioner made a representation on 12.12.2023 before the respondent for issuance of patta, no online application has been submitted by him. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to make an application through online for issuance of patta. In which case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 12.12.2023 and the application and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the online application received from the petitioner for the issuance of patta.
