M/s.P.B.Ramanujam Associates, filed vakalat for the respondents 3 to 5. However, the Registry has printed the name of the erstwhile counsel for the respondents 3 to 5. Hence the Registry is instructed to print the name of the present counsel for the respondents 3 to 5.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants raised clarification whether the new Arbitrator appointed in the place of the old Arbitrator would result in a fresh proceedings from the beginning or whether the proceedings should be continued from the stage where it was left by the earlier Arbitrator.

4. It is clarified that the new Arbitrator has been appointed just to substitute the former Arbitrator who is no more and who has conducted the proceedings partly. There is no explicit reference in the order about https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

any de novo proceedings. Hence the order can be interpreted in a way that the Hon'ble present Arbitrator shall continue the proceedings from where it was left by the former Arbitrator.
