JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 15.04.2021 passed in O.S.No.2171 of 2020 on the file of VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo dated 17.06.2026. The contents of the said memo are as follows: "MEMO FILED ON BEHALF OF THE APPELLANTS
1. The appellants are herewith withdrawing the above Appeal as "settled out of Court".
2. The appellants pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass orders directing that the Court Fee paid by the appellants in the above Appeal be refunded to the appellants."
3. The aforesaid memo has been signed by the appellants. In view of the same, this Appeal Suit stands dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
