2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that though she has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents on 03.07.2025, on filing a change of vakalath, her name was not printed in the cause list on that day and therefore, the previous counsel's name has been typed in the order dated 03.07.2025. Hence, the cause title in respect of the appearance of the learned counsel for the respondents requires modification.

3. Finding that there was an inadvertent error in marking the appearance of the learned counsel for the respondents, Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.K.Jenitha, learned counsel for the respondents in the place of Mr.P.Rajesh in the cause title and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties concerned.

4. Except the above modification, remaining portion of the order dated 03.07.2025 stands unaltered.

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the Writ Court dated 18.04.2022 in W.P.No.No.7572 of 2015.

2. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the Writ Petition, are the appellants before this Court.

3. The Writ Petition was filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Letter No.3340/FR.2/2014-8, dated 06.02.2015 of the first respondent and to quash the same with consequential direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service in the regular time scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.202 E & F Department dated 18.12.2013 with effect from the date of his juniors regularisation with consequential benefits. The learned Single Judge, by order dated 18.04.2022, allowed the Writ Petition and directed the second respondent 4/6

therein to pass appropriate orders in favour of the petitioner by including his name in the Statewide Seniority List and accordingly, regularise the petitioner's service in the regular time scale of pay as per the said Government Order with all service and attendant benefits within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Aggrieved over the same, the present Writ Appeal is filed.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would state that the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been complied with and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. (J.NISHA BANU J.) (M.JOTHIRAMAN J.) 03-07-2025 ASI 5/6
