Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reserve 1% in the total vacancy in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher for hearing-impaired candidates and consequently to appoint the petitioner in the said post by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 1.5.2010.

ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reserve 1% in the total vacancy to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher for hearingimpaired candidates and consequently appoint the petitioner in the said post by considering his representation dated 01.05.2010. 2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with a fresh representation to ventilate her grievances, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court disposes of this writ petition, giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation enclosing all the required documents in support of her claim, along with a copy of this order to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
