O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide necessary and adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner got married to one Aristatile and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner's parents and her uncle namely the 5th respondent herein criminally intimidated the petitioner and her husband and also their family members and hence, the petitioner has submitted the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on 08.09.2018 before the respondent Nos.1 to 4, but, so far no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the third respondent alone has received a complaint from the petitioner and the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 have not received any complaint as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner. She further submitted that the said complaint is still pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to enquire the said complaint and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
