Already the Petition came up for hearing on 28.01.2015, but there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such, it was adjourned and posted today under the caption for dismissal. When the case was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. In the said circumstances, the Petition is dismissed for want of non prosecution.
