ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.690/2020/H1 dated 23.06.2020 issued by the respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to renew the license bearing No.055/01-17-18/0023102 in respect of the petitioner shop namely Balaji Fish Meat Sales and Butcher Shop at No.294, Cauvery street, Bhavani taluk, Erode district.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is prepared to file an appeal under Section 322 of the

3 W.P.No.12424 of 2020 District Municipalities Act questioning notice dated 17.06.2019. In view of the same, I am not entering into the discussion on merits. Accordingly writ petition stands disposed of. The period of limitation may not be considered against the petitioner if the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
