The writ petitioner herein has approached this Court seeking Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner college dated 20.03.2019 for conversion of Aided Courses into Self Finance Courses from the academic year 20192020, since the administration faces difficulty in continuing their institution as an Aided Institute.
