Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) for the State. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the State has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.632 of 2020 against the order of this Court dated 26.02.2018 in W.P.No.43007 of 2016.
