This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28763 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28763 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024 is relaxed.
