ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to convene the timing conference with the petitioner and other operators serving the same routes by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a clash of timings in the operation of buses in the route operated by the petitioner in respect of the petitioner's bus bearing registration No.TN-39-BS-6358. In such circumstances, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.01.2026 to the first respondent requesting them to convene the timing conference with the petitioner and other such operators serving the same routes in order to avoid clash of timings. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing

any opinion on the merits of the writ petition. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026 requesting the first respondent to convene the timing conference with the petitioner and other operators serving the same routes on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
