ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders granting approval of the appointment of the petitioner in the post of P.G. Assistant (Maths) in the third respondent school https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with effect from 16.09.2019 based on the proposal submitted by the second respondent in Na.ka.No.4102/A3/2019,dated 21.01.2020, with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of salary from the date of appointment, within a timeframe to be fixed by this court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the prayer is for issuing a positive direction to the respondents, the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the second respondent within a time stipulated by this court.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer now that is sought for before this Court by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal dated 21.01.2020 submitted by the second respondent for approval of appointment of petitioner with effect from 16.09.2019 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
