This application is filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to combine the causes of action for infringement of trademark, infringement of copyright and passing off in a single suit.

2.On perusing the affidavit, this Court finds that the respondent by infringing the trademark of the plaintiff DR.TRUST is also passing off their products by deceptive trademark DOCTOR'S TRUST.
