(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 14.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.2159/2017 in O.P.No.2203/2017 by the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, IV Additional Family Court, Madras. 2.
When the matter was called, learned Counsel for the appellant-husband fairly stated that this appeal has become infructuous since both the appellant and the respondent have moved and obtained a consent decree for divorce from the Family Court below long back.

Recording the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
