ORDER

The petitioner has applied to the jurisdictional authority for conducting survey of the petition mentioned lands and for demarcation of the boundaries in online mode. Representation has also been given in this regard to the 2nd Respondent on 19.03.2024. Since the authority had not acted upon the petitioner's request, this writ petition came to be filed. 2.This writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of 2/5

receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put on notice all the interested parties including the private respondents herein before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
