The present petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register petitioner's complaint dated 27.08.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against Muthukrishnan, Krishnamurthy and Gopi on the allegation of job rocketing. Though the complaint was given on 27.08.2015, till date no action was taken. Hence, this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 27.08.2015 given by the petitioner, if enquiry was not conducted so far and upon enquiry, if the materials gathered indicates commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
