(CRIME NO.832/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.22143/2021 dated 23/11/2021 The petitioners 1 and 2 shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SINDHU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the 1st & 2nd petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22143 of 2021 on 23.11.2021 to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the 1st and 2nd petitioner is totally relaxed.
