With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to survey the petitioner's land with police aid from the second respondent and fix boundaries to his house site by considering his online Application No.2025/0123/05/008537 dated 29.01.2025.
3. The petitioner owns the property at No.16, situated at Jai Nagar, measuring 1961 sq.ft (182.18 sq meters), bearing SF No.139/2, presently SF No.139/17, as per Patta No.4339, Ungaranahalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk and District. In order to fence the same, the petitioner submitted an application to survey the properties before the first respondent along with the requisite fees, and it is still pending without any progress. 2/5

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's land, and if he finds any obstruction at the hands of the counter parties, the first respondent can seek police protection before the second respondent to survey the petitioner's property. On such request, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders to provide adequate police protection to the first respondent to survey the petitioner's property forthwith.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
