ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.43966 of 2018, dated 11.02.2026.

2.This Court, by its order dated 11.02.2026 issued a direction to the respondent to settle the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pursuant thereto, the respondent calculated the terminal benefits at Rs.4,92,550/- , and the same was paid to the petitioner by way a Cheque No.017864 dated 13.05.2026.

3.In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no wilful disobedience. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he seeks to claim any additional amount.
