Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus calling for the records from the file of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings SER III (2) 57354/2007 dated 19.09.2007 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to include the petitioner name in 2007 Tahsildar panel giving retrospective effect to his appointment as Deputy Tahsildar from 23.03.2005 with consequential benefits and grant such other relief.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the following effect:

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
