When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant submitted that he has complied the condition of this Court dated 27.06.2022 by depositing a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.143 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri, since the respondents/plaintiffs refused to receive the same.

3. Further, it is seen from the report of the learned Principal Page No.1/3

Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri that the draft sale deed was not served on the petitioner in the Execution Petition and NJS also not collected. Hence, the other part of the condition to pay stamp duty incurred will not arise. So, the compliance is recorded.
