This application has been filed to re-open the matter in O.P.No.999 of 2019.

2. O.P.No.999 of 2019 has been referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on 02.03.2020. As the respondent failed to pay the instalment amount as agreed in the agreement, the mater was sought to be reopened.

3. A Memo has been filed by the respondent stating that they have paid an amount of Rs.80,000/- to show their bonafide. Memo indicate that the sum of Rs.80,000/- has been paid by way of D.D.No.074216 dated 02.09.2021 drawn on HDFC Bank. The said Memo is taken on file. As agreed by the respondent, remaining instalment amounts shall be continued by the respondent. In such view of the matter, no further order is required. Accordingly, this application is closed.
