This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Trial Court on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months in Crl.O.P.No.27222 of 2023 dated 06.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet is filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
