This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.466 of 2023 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(1) of IPC, as against the petitioners and another.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.466 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srikazhi on 31.08.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
