ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2015 in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 02.09.2015 alleging that on 01.09.2015 the Jamunamarathur Forest Ranger Kumar, forest Farkan beet Chandrasekar, Guard Mani and Watcher Radhakrishnan trespassed into his land and destroyed the harvest items and fired the hut thereby causing loss to him, but till date no action was taken. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the letter given by the petitioner withdrawing his complaint. 4.In view of the same, since the complaint itself was withdrawn, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
