ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to take up his complaint dated 22.06.2021 and expedite the proceeding in the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner withdrew his complaint dated 22.06.2021 given against the second respondent. Hence, the learned counsel submitted that nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Recording the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
