2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 15.10.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.01.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
