ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 03.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18516 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.93, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR-2(ii))Department, dated 16.09.2024, submitted that the order of this Court, dated 03.08.2023, in W.P.No.18516 of 2023 has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
