O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been preferred for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2005 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Arani.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the District Musif, Arani, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2005 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
