ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6470 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the petitioner has four previous cases.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6470 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
