The learned counsel for the respondent, Mr.N.G.Durai Rajan would submit that the process of returning the original documents to the petitioner had already been concluded. The sale deed also had been returned to the petitioner. Discharge certificate was also executed by the bank authorities before the concerned office of the Sub-Registrar. Since the formalities have already been concluded, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
