O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 27.03.2018 in W.P. No. 7122 of 2018.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing G.O.(2D) No.72, Environment, Climate Change and Forest Department, dated 19.08.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
