ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the properties, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, and thereafter, to issue a separate patta to the petitioner, based on her online applications, dated 14.03.2026 with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted applications through on-line on 14.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by her, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit and thereafter, issue a separate patta to the petitioner, if she is entitled to be issued, in her name for the subject properties.

Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, if required, based on the petitioner's online application, dated 14.03.2026, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 1st respondent shall issue a separate patta for the sub-divided Page No.3 of 6
properties in favour of the petitioner. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
