ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC r/w.21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act in Crime No.621 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported 2 units of Savvudu Sand. Hence the complaint.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed on him.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and the investigation is pending and that there is no change of circumstances.

6. Taking into consideration of the bad antecedents on the petitioner and also four previous cases pending against him and that there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
