Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the Pre Sale Notice dated 25.08.2020 received on 28.08.2020 and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2020 for violating the guidelines of the 2nd respondent Proceedings No.RBI/20/186 DOR No.BP BC 47/21.04.048/2019-20, dated March 27, and Proceedings No.RBI/2019-20/244-DOR No.BP.
BC.71/21.04.048/2019-20, dated 23.05.2020 and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to return the vehicle bearing No.TN05 BN 5020 (Tata 1212 Motor 5 Wheels Make) to the Petitioner forthwith.
