The first and second petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.03.2023 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 394 IPC @ Sections 354(B), 354(C), 394, 395 r/w 397, 120(B) of IPC, Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.45 of 2023, seeks bail.

2. The third and fourth petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.03.2023 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 394 IPC @ Sections 354(B), 354(C), 394, 395 r/w 397, 120(B) of IPC, Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.45 of 2023, seeks bail.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners were detained under goondas.

4. Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
